Happy Valentine’s Day! Why not try a new author or a book suggested by a friend? Step out of your comfort zone and try a whole new genre! Go on a blind date with a book – you might meet your perfect match!
Not sure where to start? A quick search shows that we have 21 books with the word “Valentine” in the title. These span most genres and include Elizabeth’s Valentine by Francine Pascal (Junior Fiction), The Valentine Estate by Stanley Ellin (Crime), Valentine’s Day by Joyce Kessel (Non-Fiction), The Valentine Legacy by Catherine Coulter (Fiction) and many picture books and easy readers.
If a movie night is in the cards, we have recently added 10 DVDs to our collection including Season One of Anne, 6 Days, Mother!, Passengers and The Great Beauty.
In keeping with our theme we also have Be my Valentine, Charlie Brown and Franklin’s Valentine in children’s DVDs. You are sure to find something great to watch in our collection of over 1,100 movies!
