The library would like to welcome our two new part-time Librarian Assistants – Nikki O’Connor and Denise Van den Bussche. Both come with a plethora of library experience and we are thrilled to have them aboard!
Mark your calendars for 7:00p.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2018. Diane Loesch will be at the library to present a one-hour slide show and talk about her trip to East Africa. Everyone welcome!
We now have copies of all five Canada Reads 2018 contenders in the library. These include The Boat People by Sharon Bala, American War by Omar El Akkad, Precious Cargo by Craig Davidson, The Marrow Thieves by Cherie Dimaline and the winner of the debate, Forgiveness, by Mark Sakamoto.
