The “Booker dozen” longlist has been announced, with only one Canadian making the list this year. This list will be shortened to six on September 3, 2019 and each of these 6 authors will receive £2,500.00. The winner will be announced on October 14, 2019 and the winning author will be awarded £50,000.00 along with international recognition.

You will find our Nearly New books for sale at various locations around the library to keep things interesting.
