The Biblio File: Library News

The Biblio File
November 21, 2022

Join us on Friday, November 25th at 10:30 a.m. for stories, a craft and a snack!

The library is excited to announce the new addition of a Yoto player to our collection!

A huge thank you to S. Papetti for her generous donation and contribution of the player, as well as the start of an exciting collection of cards, including several Disney stories, Julia Donaldson books (i.e. The Gruffalo), the Mog books, and more!

The Yoto player is a screen free listening device that can play audible books, music, and podcasts. It is targeted for children ages 0-12, and is unique in its ability to be used directly by children; simply pick a card and put it in.

Come to the library today and try out the Yoto!

Need an idea for a fun outing with the kids?  Come read and play at the library – we have a great selection of STEM toys and games.  STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math – learning through play is one of the best ways to learn!
